Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
 
I can't turn on my computer. I've been having this problem since the day I bought it. I press the start button, the caps lock light flashes 5 times, meanwhile the start button also flashes, but the computer screen does not appear. I think there is a problem with the settings, but I don't know how to fix it. I don't want to send it back for warranty because it takes too long. Please help me. I am a university student and I need a laptop.
