Given the date of your post, I would have expected someone to respond to it before this -- but since that has not happened, I will take a shot at it ...
According to the last screenshot, your laptop sees a USB stick. But to work, it would have to be UEFI-boot not BIOS-boot, and the default one make with MS downloads is the latter. Have you tried booting from the stick? And if so, you need to tell us what errors you are seeing, not that it is not working.
