The sorry fact of the matter is that Windows Update failures are more commong than Microsoft is willing to admit and we do not have the information or resources here to diagnose and fix Windows Update failures.
You need to go online and do searches based on the failure code. You will get suggestions on steps that can be taken for each code -- just be sure NOT to download any apps or utilities, as these are often scams to take your money and will not fix the problems.
