My lappy is of notebook gen and I can't use my numeric key of the right side of my inbuilt  keyboard it doesn't give numeric value and only work as arrow key.

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

You have to press the button labeled "Num Lock" to activate the number pad!   This button toggles it from number entry to arrow keys.  Press it once, and try again.
