I cannot access my chromebook account and have to use guestmode, I do not have my old phone anymore

I cannot access my chromebooks account therefore I have to use the guestmode, the two factor verification has an old phone number so unfortunately I cannot get into that phone and receive a phone code, also I am unable to access my **bleep** account which is the main reason that I wanted to use this chromebook to log in to my account.
