I open bios to enable TPM, i save the settings but when i restart it's disabled automatically

If you're trying to do this because you saw the MS Windows 11 announcement or have run their compatibility  checker -- you do realize that Win11 is not going to be released until this time in 2022, right?  That gives us all nearly a year to sort out issues like this.
