HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-cp0000 (2Q7W9AV)

I created a case yesterday about my problem. I received that my case number has been created, being Case Number [text omitted to protect user privacy]. Why I cannot find back this case number and how do I know if someone is working on my case to solve the problem? Please help!

Hello Gaya, I appreciate you answering my question. But telling me to call your support helpdesk is not a satisfactory solution. Do better! I have created a problem ticket, I have warrenty (I bought extended support for this), and during my call last week, I had to accept HP to send your transport for collectng laptop to be repaired. This is very worrying and disturbing if I cannot trace and track the status of the reparation / problem ticket. Either remove your module "Case Numbers" or let me track my support ticket.
