I need to use the HP Cloud Recovery program in order to get the right software, but the program does not find my model, so are there any compatible software that I can use instead.

You need to enter the right model/product of your machine. Please use the following way to find out

That is the program that I am using and when I enter the product no. and serial no. that it provides the program does not show my laptop as if it does not exist, so is there any other laptop that might use the same software that I  can download.
