HP Laptop PC 15-dy2132wm
Microsoft Windows 11

After I turn the power on, I saw a message saying "Preparing Automatic Repair", then I saw the message "Diagnosing your PC". After that, I saw the message "Automatic Repair could not repair your PC". Then I tried the advanced options including resetting the PC, but none of them resolved the issue. Can anybody help on this? How can I obtain the recovery tool for my laptop? I did not have a DVD system backup when I purchased the unit.

Use the HP cloud recovery tool to make a bootable USB recovery drive to factory reset your notebook's drive to its 'out of the box' condition with all of the drivers and software installed.

Here's an info link for how to use the utility:  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store:

Since you have to use the utility on another PC as yours is not working, you will have to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media
