Hello,
I recently bought an HP Pavilion 15-eh 1009nu. I had prepared e a USB flash and it doesn't show as an option to install from it.
I moved in first place USB Flash Driver /USB Hard Disk in section UEFI Boot order in the BIOS. I saved the changes.
In BIOS there is no Legacy boot order option. Is that a problem for the purpose of setting up USB Flash as an option to install windows?
After that I choose F9 and it shows me two options :
-
OS Boot Manager
- boot from EFI file
There is no USB Flash Driver /USB Hard Disk
Thank you in advance!

I believe there could be an error with the way the USB Boot Disk was prepared.
You could try attempting to prepare the USB Boot Disk again or you get a Windows 10 Installation Disk to be on the safer side.
I found a Windows 10 installation CD on Amazon you can check out.
