Product: HP Stream 11.6in Celeron 2GB 32GB Cloudbook

I am trying to restore this cloud book to its factory settings so I can pass it on. We only bought it in March for my child during lockdown last year and only used it for a few weeks. It is telling me there is not enough memory to restore it to factory settings. It starts the process but then stops half way though. I have tried Googling for answers but I feel very confused by all the 'technical' terms! Please can someone explain the steps in very simple steps.

32GB is too small for system to keep temporary files. Please use the following way
