Product: HP ENVY m4 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I would like to refresh my HP ENVY m4 Notebook PC 1115dx (PN D1D58UA#ABA) and (SN [Personal Information Removed]), but the system didn't let me that create recovery media, refresh, or reset my pc, which clean installation. I have a recovery partition, but I don't have the recovery DVD. Unfortunately, the Hp support and driver doesn't have the option to order recovery media. My pc is really slow in the startup. 

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3632QM CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.20 GHz

16 GB RAM

If you are getting an error message post what it says.

You might try testing your hardware using "Basic Hardware Diagnostics" as instructed at bottom of this page:
