Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-d0000 (2V8U5AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My computer runs and passes all the tests but makes unwanted buzz noises . I don't have a failure code so I could send my laptop to repair. And when I went to a certified repair center that hp provided me they told me they don't work with hp.

To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your notebook !

 

You will find this information on the back/rear of your notebook in small alphanumeric letters.

The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information about the computer. This is not sensitive data.

It is allowed to publish it in public.

press [windows key] + r

( run command )

copy / paste the System SKU value and BIOS Version/Date value
