Product: HP Envy x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-fh0000 (77W45AV)
I updated my laptop after a business video call , and now it won't restart because is asking for a bitlocker recovery key which I have never activated
My laptop is less than a year old and now is useless.
How can this be fixed?. Today it's been a week.

Hi @Mazukamba
if you do not have the Bitlocker key, you only have to reinstall windows from zero, you must delete all the partitions before selecting the disk where you are going to install windows.
