I couldn't find sound, video, and controller settings in device manager

I was trying to solve a problem in my audio which is that audio isn't working and there is an x biunded in a red circle beneath the audio, I tried to solve the problem and went to device manager then to sound, video, and controller settings and uninstall the driver but mistakley check the box, after that I restarted the computer and didn't find sound, video, and controller settings and I couldn't continue studying
