Product: Intel core i3-1005G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought my computer.
I couldn't set it up.
I can't download programs.
Example: Chrome and teamwier.
Can you help me with the setup ?

Sounds like what you want is to talk with some support person while they walk you through doing initial setup and dealing with the downloading issue.

 

Sorry, but we have no way to do that, as we have no way of having direct contact with customers.

 

You need to contact HP Customer Support to see what they will do for you.
