@MDR60, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If you've entered the wrong PIN too many times on your HP PC and also don't remember your challenge phrase or security questions, you can try the following steps to regain access:

Use Password Reset Disk: If you previously created a password reset disk, you can use that to reset your PIN or password. Insert the disk and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset process.

Sign In with a Different Account: If there are multiple accounts on the PC, try signing in with another account that has administrative privileges and then reset the PIN for your account.

Microsoft Account Recovery: If your HP PC is connected to a Microsoft account (rather than a local account), you can recover access by resetting your password via the Microsoft account recovery page. Go to account.live.com/password/reset and follow the instructions.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
