I forgot Microsoft Account password and My drive locked by BitLocker

My Microsoft account was blocked due to many login attempts, because I forgot my account password, however I am getting Login OTP's to my **bleep** and password was not reset.  I reached out Microsoft and fill account recovery form, I didn't get reply from them. I have Important data in Local Drives which were locked by BitLocker in my laptop. 

Please assist me to unlock my BitLocker encryption in Laptop.

Bitlocker keys are unique to each and every PC, and HP has no records of the individual keys, so there is nothing we can provide you.

Since you apparently did not use the Bitlocker Management function to export your key, the following is all you can try at this point:

If this does not work, there is NO WAY to recover the data -- and since it is apparently so critical, it begs the question why you apparently never bothered to use a USB stick and back off that data, in case the drive died -- which they all do, eventually.
