Product: HP Chromebook - 14a-na0031wm
Operating System: Chrome OS

I had to change my password for my google account and then my laptop died as I was unable to get it to a charger. When I rebooted, it asked for my old password which I forgot and selected the Forgot Password. Instead of helping me, it went ahead and opened up the OS and now all my local data is gone and Google won't help me. I need to get that data back.
