Product: Hp stream

When I open my laptop a screen is there asking for my hp password. I don't remember it and I have no recovery media. So I have a brand new laptop that I can't get into.

Hi:

 

Use the HP cloud recovery tool if your notebook is supported by it to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will factory reset your notebook.

 

Here is an info link for how to use that utility.  You will lose all data stored on the hard drive using this procedure.
