Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have downgraded the bios version and then delete the hp support app because it automatically updates the bios and that solved the cmos error blue screen on start up.

Hello, i've been having the same issue on my victus as well, i saw your entire thread, have you had any success in downgrading your bios? does the laptop run fine now?

@FallWasTaken No my victus 16 still crash sometimes because of 502 error
