I get this blue screen error when I'm using my laptop and my laptop restart. Kindly help me to fix this issue:
"Your device run into a problem. We're just collecting some error info and then restart for you.
if you call support then give them this info
Stop code: WHEA UNSTOPPABLE ERROR"
I have used a lot of online methods like changed the hard disk, changed ram memory. I have re-installed the windows for 10 time, some time I installed window 10 and now using window 11 but facing this issue again and again, Kindly help me.

@Hashspace, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
If you receive a blue screen error (also known as a stop code), it means that your PC has shut down suddenly to protect itself from data loss. If you see the text “WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR,” it means that a hardware error has occurred. To fix it, try the following:
Power reset the computer. To know how, refer to - How to Power Reset Your Computer
-
Get all the latest updates with Windows Update. Go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and then select Check for updates.
If the issue persists, run a hardware diagnostics
- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- Perform System Test > Extensive test. Share the result on your next post.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
