HP Chromebook - 14a-na0031wm

I recently sent in my chromebook to be repaired. When I got it back I went to login to my account and I put my **bleep** address and my password in. It came up and basically said my information was right but they needed the password that I had when I set computer up. I have tried every password I have had and it does not work. I have been forced to my guest mode. however, i need into that account. Can anyone help me?
