Recently it took my pc to be changed power regulator. After i took it from the service place when switching it on capslock blinks3 time the pause and the f12 key (wifi light) is orange

The orange WiFi light means the WiFi is disabled.  That could be a switch on the side of the laptop somewhere and it could also be a setting in Windows.
