I have the same Bios, the F.24 that came with it. I was able to load somehow Windows 10, 32 bit.
It only has a current maximum of 2 Gigabytes of RAM.
I need 4 Gigabytes of Ram and the other benefits of the F.28 update.
I cannit get it because my computer laptop is too old.
I love this computer and my late son used it before he tragicaly died 3 plus years ago at age 27.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.!
Thank you!

Sorry, but you can't have the benefits of 4GB of RAM and run Windows 32-bit because that OS limits the usable RAM to around 3.5GB.
That is the limitation of using the 32-bit OS and there is no way around it.
