Microsoft Windows 11

I have a Model 14-cf2111wm that I did a windows 11 update on. The computer indicated it did not have enough disc space.

I plugged an external hard drive in and did the Windows 11 update. Everything seemed normal so i removed the external device.  Now my computer will not boot at all.

The power light on the side blinks for maybe 2 seconds and then goes out. I have been to several web pages looking for help and nothing has helped so far. Any help / ideas will be appreciated. Thank you

The specs of your machine

  • Processor: Intel Celeron N4120 (1.1 GHz base frequency, up to 2.6 GHz burst frequency, 4 MB L2 cache, 4 cores, 4 threads)

    Display: 14-inch diagonal, HD (1366 x 768), micro-edge, anti-glare, 220 nits, 45% NTSC

  • Memory: 4GB DDR4-2400 MHz RAM

  • Storage64GB eMMC

  • Operating System: Windows 11 Home in S mode

  • Graphics: Intel UHD Graphics 600

  • Ports: 1 USB Type-C 5Gbps signaling rate; 2 USB Type-A 5Gbps signaling rate; 1 AC smart pin; 1 HDMI 1.4; 1 headphone/microphone combo; 1 RJ-45

  • Other Features: Webcam, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi

As you can see, it has  TINY space for storage which is not upgradable, Please delete user files (or move to elsewhere) to allow more room for upgrade.

Regards.

Thank you for the information. It is really appreciated but how can I do this if  the computer will not start ?

I understand how to do troubleshooting etc but I cannot get it to boot up.

I tried but apparently does not see the boot sequence.

Thank You
