Hi
Is this one of those devices that has a 32GB mmc / ssd storage, that is not for data etc, all of which is stored in the cloud or external device?
What have you installed?
But more important is to make a RECOVERY MEDIA WHILE YOU CAN.

I don’t understand computer jargon, I just bought it was the cheapest. I’ve had it only a couple of days and the only thing I downloaded was Silouette Studio application from online. From that software I can send files to my die cutting machine. Ive uninstalled it since then and it won’t let me reinstall cause there’s no space.

Hi
MAKE REcovery media.
THIS IS VITAL.
If you start with 32 GB, you would get about 31 GB Usable. Of which several GB are given over to Recovery.
Of what is left, a Windows install can take the majority. Leaving 6 GB for you if you are lucky.
Windows updates can soon clutter up any and all space of yours.
Making the Recovery Media allows the removal of the space allocated and may increase your allocation to 10 or 12 GB.
At no point is this viable for what I perceive your needs to be.
I (personal choice of mine) would make a W10 USB from Microsoft to accompany the Recovery Media and do a clean install, using that device, and formatting the whole 32GB as 1 single entity, which I hope would accomodate Silhouette Studio also.
To get started, you will first need to have a license to install Windows 10. You can then download and run the media creation tool. For more information on how to use the tool, see the instructions below.
If in doubt please ask.
