HP Laptop - 15-gw0010wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I’m having trouble with E: drive on my HP Laptop 15-gw0xxx (Product No.: 1A1L3UA#ABA, Serial No.: CND10202VL). I’m running Windows 10.

When plugged in, the 4TB Seagate Expansion Drive (Serial No.: NAAXLF7V / Model No.: SRD0NF1) on the E: drive is not accessible. Error message: E: is not accessible / Access is denied

How can I fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you connect your machine to an external drive (or flash drive) before and removed it ? Please use Disk Management to see what is it (and or) is it existed.

Hit Windows key then type "disk ", select "Create and Format harddisk"

Regards.
