Can someone explain to me why an HP Support Agent  would answer the question:

Is it safe to disable the startup program hpseuhostlauncher.exe? 

with:

HPSystemEventUtilityHost.exe Leave it. Most of the HP programs are there because they're optimized to the laptop's performance and/or better than the original OS utility.
