Sorry, but you misunderstand our purpose here -- we are a self-help tech support Community forum, for help folks fix issues with their HP PCs.
We have NO IDEA what you need, and even if we did, we are not HP Sales, and would not be the best folks to advise you what to purchase. But I will tell you that Chromebooks don't run Microsoft apps -- and that is most often what businesses use, with specific apps like MS Office, MS Project, and MS collaboration tools. For these, you need a Windows laptop.
You need to formulate a list of tasks you need to do with a PC, and with that in hand, I believe the Sales site has a chat feature, which you can then use to interact with someone about the best solution to provide those tasks.
