If your product ID is 434S3EA#AB8 then it is supported for cloud restore. This is a guess but I may be right.
Go to the below site and enter your product ID including the 3 characters after the # character
If you have cloud recovery you can restore your system using a 32gb flash.
It may take an hour or more to create the recovery USB.

Make sure you can pass all diagnostics before doing the restore
Tap the ESC key after powering on and press F2 to run diagnostics.
Do not allow any updates if disk or memory fail, especially a BIOS update.

Hope your right but do i need a flash for it or i just do it,also i canotaj use my pc only if in f2 meu and there also diagnostic don't show nothing,another problem how do i know my id so I could write on site
