HP Envy m7 Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I'm completely inexperienced in the world of computers.

Right now, I'm searching for the battery number that my Notebook needs. I'm not even sure If I'll be able to put this thing back together myself.

Probably a dumb question, but Is there any way that HP can send me a replacement? Or is that just a thing that samsung does? I ask because I had a tablet and the screen stopped working. They allowed me to send it to them and they repaired it free of charge.

Anyway, I bought my HP ENVY m7 Notebook for about around over one thousand dollars. $1,025 I believe.(This was in 2017.) Well my stupid brain didn't get any sort of warranty. I bought it at the best buy, by the way. It was the last and newest one they had in stock. The battery began dying in early 2018. The computer I was originally going to buy was scuffed, so I asked if they had any more and they had one more in stock.

I need this computer for college and not only that It was really expensive for a computer, to me at least.

Does anyone have the same Notebook and did It die on you? Mine's not completely dead, but I'm talking about the battery. I'm using it right now to type this. It has to be plugged it

Well, I hope this community may be able to help me with my question. What do you advise I do?

Again, I'm very inexperienced in this.

Thanks everyone!
