Product: HP Notebook 14-BW012NR
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I Have a HP Notebook 14-BW012NR. I am trying to reset this computer to "new out of the box" factory reset. It will not do it. - I get a message that says that I have to free up space on the drive where windows is located. I have freed up every space possible, removing every application that came with the computer. It still will not reset. Does anyone know how to factory reset this computer? How is this done?

Hi,
With 32gb eMMC storage built in, nothing more you can expect do in this budget notebook, than performing a clean install of Windows 10 Home.
https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05810477
HP recovery is resource intensive task which needs more storage and memory
Clean install :
For this, first you need to create a UEFI bootable Windows 10 USB media using Microsoft windows media creation tool, this might help:
Option 1: You need Windows 10 Home 64 bit edition
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2376-create-bootable-usb-flash-drive-install-windows-10-a.html
Next, disable secure boot from BIOS in your notebook: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04784866#AbT1
Change boot order to installation USB: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01443326
Then boot from this USB to clean install Windows into your notebook:
