Product: laptop 15-DW2048nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Customer has a dead hard disk, does not spin. I created the recovery media successfully for this 2020 model that says it has cloud media available, but, when I try to install it it says Error 1000-85F3-85F1-85F2, ... . This computer not supported by system recovery media. I have run this with 2 different usb sticks & 3 different hard disks that all pass the bios hd diagnostic. Any help would be appreciated.
