You're very welcome.

You would have to contact HP customer service because as I posted earlier, according to HP, the notebook originally came with W10 Home, not W11 Pro.

Contact HP | HP® Official Site

Before getting in touch with HP, I recommend that you download and install the free Showkey Plus app from the Microsoft Store and it will show you the installed Windows key and the Windows OEM key that is encrypted in the BIOS, and the version of Windows the OEM key is good for.

Hi:

The product specs for your notebook indicate that it come with W10 Home from HP.

HP would only have recovery media for W10 Home via the cloud recovery tool.

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

If you have to use the utility on another PC, so you will need to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.

Your PC's product number is: 37P29UA#ABA

If you have the product key for W11 Pro, after you get W10 reinstalled, you can click on the blue Windows installation assistant button at the link below to upgrade to W11 Home.

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

Then see this link for how to upgrade from W11 Home to W11 Pro.

The information above states that I will have to install 10 first.  Since the laptop came with W11 Pro installed I do not have the product key.  Will MS give me the proper key?
