Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can get to system configuration and command prompt but I don’t know how to get the system to restore. Also can I bypass a cd for the operating system plugging my phone into my laptop and downloading a driver that way?

@Cloud9Dreamer -- you can download Windows 10 for free: Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

and write the image either to an empty 8 GB (or larger) USB memory-stick, or burn the image to DVD-recordable media.

 

Then, boot your computer from either media, and reinstall Windows.
