HP Recommended

The computer states I entered the PIN wrong to many times. I selected change pin but it won't allow it to happen. Message states to restart computer and try again. I have restarted the computer several times. I receive the same message.

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
