Hi Hp

i have an annoying issue with my compaq  note book lab-top.  i  purchased my a brand new  lab-top from the  genuine reputable store with everything genuine', quiet a fews years ago.

for the last few months i have an startup error message by hp invent startup. no serial number not found.  on start up on my windows home premium. my screen goes black than stating below on the right of the screen this build of 7601, this copy  of windows is not genuine. i have my serial number listed at the bacK Of my lab-top. i also have my key number as well. i entered to activate it but does not work. i can use my lab-top. but as you kn0w this not correct, because i have a genuine 6.1.7601, service pack build 7601 which worked properly for a number of years. now i cannot do updates as well on windows 7  home PREMUIM. I also get a error message on my screen the install of C:users\'\App Data\Local\Temp\uttF5C5.TMP FAILED (VERIG SIG ERROR 0X800B0109),THAN I PRESS OKAY IT GOES AWAY AFTER 2 TIMES.

i HAVE TRIED TO USE THE CMD ADMINISTRATOR COMMAND SLMGR   -REARM THAN PRESS OKAY. RESTART. IT WORKS FOR AWHILE THAN THESE ERRORS COME AGAIN. I DID TRY TO USE REGEDIT. ALSO  THE SKIPREARM MODIFY TO 1. I STILL HAVE THESE ISSUES. WHEN I USE MY OWN SCREEN SAVER. EVERY 5 MINUTES IT GOES BACK TO THE BLACK SCREEN.

I ALSO PRESSED F8 ON STARTUP TO DISABLE VERIFY ERROR MESSAGE, STILL AFTER AWHILE STILL APPEARS.
