For security reasons, I'm unable to assist you directly with recovering or resetting login information. However, I recommend taking the following steps:

Use Password Reset Disk: If you created a password reset disk previously, you can use it to reset your password.

Forgot Password Feature: On the login screen, you can select the "Forgot Password" option if it is available. This will lead you through the steps to reset your password, usually by answering security questions or receiving a reset link to your registered email.
