Product: HP Notebook - 15-ac170tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am unable to use Pendrive (USB) in my HP Notebook - 15-ac170tu.

On cross checking, its showing disabling in DeviceManager. I have done all trouble shooting techniques, but not helpful.Please check and assist.

Hi:

 

Try the USB drivers directly from Intel.

 

Download, unzip and run the setup application.   Then restart the PC after the driver installs.
