Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I have just done an update on my notebook and now when I try to log in it doesn't recognise my pin. Not sure if it's Windows 10 32 or 64 bit.

I grasp that after doing an update your PIN is not being accepted and you are unsure if your Windows is 32 or 64 bit. When I checked the specifications for your notebook it came with Windows 10 Home 64 bit. You can use your Microsoft account to reset the password on your notebook. Here is a link to assist you with that process. HP PCs - How to Recover Your Forgotten Password (Windows 10).
