Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i logged on today and everything had been changed to default. all my documents and files were lost. i searched for some solutions and i was directed to check my account and it stated that im logged on with a temporary profile. i heeded to this restarting and logging in to get my lost files but still everything is gone.

Unfortunately, this is not a new issue with Win10 Windows Updates.
