Hello everyone

I restarted my pc and now it says

" The following configuration change was requested for this computer' s Trusted Platform Module (TPM) :

Clear TPM.

Warning: Clearing the TPM erases information stored on the TPM. You will lose all created keys and access to data encrypted by these keys.

Press F1= Accept       Press F2: Reject

But the keyboard is not working

Try to enter BIOS setup and reset TPM there. Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This will open a menu where F10 BIOS setup is available. Tap F10.

If this doesn't work, I'm not sure what else to tell you. What triggered this? Did you update the TPM ?

Did you get into BIOS setup to reset/clear TPM? On some machines you must Enable then Disable it to reset.

You don't install anything. You enter BIOS setup by tapping away on the Esc key immediately after powering on. This will open a startup menu where F10 for BIOS setup is an option. Tap F10 to enter BIOS setup. Once into BIOS setup look for the screen with TPM settings.

If you are not familiar with what the BIOS is and how to navigate once in you should probably take it somewhere to have someone else do it.

I have the same problem, but whenever tapping esc after powering on no BIOS window pops up.
