Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 11t-k100 CTO (ENERGY STAR)

I have the HP Pavillion x360 notebook. I have the blue screen that gives me the option of Troubleshoot or Turn off. When I goe to troubleshoot, I am not able to do a system restore, the startup repair cannot find any issue and I cannot go back to the previous version. The UEFI Firmware settings will not allow me to reboot and I do not have a system image recovery file. How can I access this notebook?
