Product: HP All-in-One 27 Desktop PC 27-cb0000a (3B5K5AV)

I have version. windows 11 23H2 HP will not show the in their system updates window when i look for updates or let me know how much ram I can add too my deck top all-in-one laptop computer. what can I do to? add more ram I have DDR4 260 pin 4gb ram in slot 0 and 8gb ram in slot 2 it is a 64bit operating system. can I put more ram in slot 0 up to 8 gb to make it 16gb in all or can I add more to slot 0 and slot2 up to 16gb ?

Lack of RAM will not prevent Windows Updates as I do updates regularly on PCs that have on 8GB of RAM.  There must be something else at work.

 

What specific version of Windows are you running? To find out, press the WindowsKey+R combination and enter winver in the command entry. That will display a window showing the Windows version and build.
