Product: HP Laptop 15-dw0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ever since I bought this laptop a few days ago. it hasn't been running up to par. Sometimes it would take ages to load an application or load webpages on the browser. It's just not the typical performance you would expect from a NEW and core i5 laptop. Please help

First, try completlyupdating the PC and see if it helps. You can follow this guide:
