i lost my genuine window...and i am not format my laptop ...what i do now

Hi:

 

Get another Windows PC with W7 64 bit or newer on it and use the HP cloud recovery tool that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the media on.
