Product: Hp 2000 notebook

Lost my password for his laptop and would like to deal to get back into it without resetting it and I don't have a start of disk

Passwords can NOT be recovered; instead, they have to be reset.

We are not permitted to assist in resetting passwords due to HP Policy.

For Admin password resets, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly for assistance.
