Product: HP Notebook - 15-bs023ca
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When I turn my laptop on the HP loading screen it automatically goes to 'Preparing Automatic Repair' then goes to a Blue screen saying Recovery, and indicates that my computer couldn't start properly, a required device is missing or can't be accessed and shows error 0xc000185.  I've tried the options it mentions but it goes no where, other than to a 'Start-up screen' but I can't go anywhere from there either.  Please help.  This computer is for my husband's business and holds all the information.
