If this is helpful, again, I’m not sure if my laptop is a 32 or 64-Bit. Back to my issue, I log in, I see my home screen, and then it turns black. The computer doesn’t turn off, my screen just turns black. I read something online that said I should check my internet connection and I see the icon but there is a big “X” over it. And when I click it, it says that “no connections are available.” Anyways, I really need my laptop back! Someone please help me out. I’ve tried everything.
